Wow this message board has gone down hill since I first joined. There is hardly anyone ever on anymore. It's a shame there was always a wealth of knowledge floating around on here.

I have it in the first chamber were the DT overflow drains too so there is no sand in that chamber. I think It go into the skimmer when I added the last load of sand. I wasn't sure if it would hurt the skimmer or decrease it's performance though.

Just wondering what some of you guys have used as a jig to make sure your baffles are installed square. I have all my baffles cut and ready to be siliconed in but and having a hard time getting them to stay squared up before I silicone them in. Any help would be nice. Vince.

The 10" peice that is the front wall of the Fuge will be 10" long but will still only rise 8" from the bottom of the tank. After looking at the drawing it might be a little misleading. Thanks again Vince.

Yeah I've never noticed turbos in any of my tanks reproduce before. It would be awesome though since everything in the 20L is being shifted to a 125g in a few weeks. Lol

You think maybe were I neck down the pipe from 3/4 to 1/2 then back to 3/4 is were the issue stems from?

The mag 9.5 has a 3/4 inlet and outlet. I tried restricting the flow on the return pump and I didn't see much difference. Could the check valve be creating turbulence inside itself and causing the bubbles? I'm trying to figure out how the air is getting into the line?
