I don't think there are such standard. But, Your tank is doing OK IMO. Next you will see Ammonia drop to 0, Nitrite will go up then drop to 0, and Nitrate will go up. When Ammonia and Nitrite are 0, and Nitrate is down to around 20, then the cycle is over.
