    yeah, it's also because moving an anemone will induce additional stress to them so it's probably best to just let it do its thing.

    I use my hands. I have a bag of mixed sea food from the supermarket that's got scallops, squid, and shrimp. I cut them into small pieces and feed every other day. My anemone loves it!
