I've had my tank for about 2 years now and about 6 months ago I saw this tiny little orange worm coming out of one of my live rocks. I dint think much about it until recently when I moved some of my rocks around and saw probably about 15-20 of these worms ranging in size from 1 inch to 4 inches...

I have some type of green algae growing on my sand. It has spread a little over the last week. What should I do? Is it harmful? All of my fish seem fine.
