I think I am going to move the 2 pepermints to the refugium and try another frag. If it stays healthy I guess I will have my answer. Not sure how long that will take though since this last one was in the tank for 2-3 weeks before getting eaten.

WOW I wish I had done this a long time ago! 1 1/4 is a HUGE difference! It's so quiet and I don't have the flow problems! Guess I should have done it right the first time, live and learn.

That is because you are not really moving that much once you factor in the head height and plumbing turns.

Some people just use MH, you just have to get the range of MH that don't look yellow. Others use the MH and then compliment it with some Acintic power compact lights.
