I read some where that LTA's sometime have problems settling in tha sand bed. The same article recomended helping them by burying their base in area where the stay for awhile. I tried this w/ my LTA and it seemed to help. After a buried his base he never moved again and thrived until my power...

My PH stays around 8.0 My KH is around 11. What product do you recommend to raise pH. I currently use super buffer by Kent to maintain my buffering capacity.

I was having the same problem and switched to Oceanic Salt mix and my Calcium has gone up steadily. My Ph is also more stable.
