Update - On Tuesday his mouth looked less puffy but then wednesday it was back to the normal size. He is still eating like a monster.

I think all fish can get it but it is the most seen in clowns.

The medication is actually Formalin. Check the post about Brook and Formalin. If it is brook it can be very quick spreading,s o you should act as soon as possible. Formalin baths do work.

So if you cut it as close to teh rock as you can will where you cut it regrow? My issue is there are some mushrooms popping up in places I don't want them, and I need to get cut them and put them on a different rock.

How can ypu prevent this. I have had multiple clowns die from this and I feel like it is not fair to them. I tried different store, the water quality is good, everything else thrives, i follow proper acclimation.
