I've got a ton of little white squiggly worm looking things in my fuge... They ranging from 1/8th inch up to maybe 3/4 inch. What are they? Good/bad? 75g, 20ish sump/fuge, 1.022, 8.3ph

Hey guys... I don't know what I need to do to get rid of the yellow. 75g tank, 100lbs of lr, 80lbs of sand. Coralife skimmer, 2 250w de mh & 2 54w t5 actinics. I have about 1 cup of carbon in a little pouch at the bottom of my filter sock. Help! What do I need to do?

I'm going to be getting a pair of false perc's... Is it worth it to spend the $100 or so and get an already mated pair? Or is it just a better idea to spend the $15/ea and get 2 of them and let them end up doing their thing (hopefully). What are my odds?
