I have a 5' tank with only 4' lights. What can i do to get the 4' lights on a 5' tank without getting them wet or just throwing something across the tank and setting them on it.

DO NOT rinse live sand. If its sold to you as dry sand i would rinse it. Rinsing live sand will kill off anything that has survived (bacteria and any other inverts)

Either that or have people include in their thread something similar. WTB: NJ/items name or WTS: NJ/will ship/items name I dont see that being too hard....

I dont have a picture as ive only seen it yesterday. Its a black invert the size of a silver dollar. Looks like a mollusk and has a small dome. Totaly black no other color. Seemed to be totaly roundish not like a stomatella snail. Any help would be great.

hmmm... kinda expensive. I just bought some awesome rock for 2$/lb... maybe if you could drop in price....

remember that pumps and lights and such give off excess heat also. And the heater guages kinda are not the best.

I was wondering what they were and yes i have them in my reef also. They are amazing. Fast, dont crush anything and always hungry. If it was up to me i would buy them over the turbos / other snail combos. I had 2 a month before and now i have 4 large ones and another 1-2 small ones. Prolly cant...
