is a red reef lobster reef safe. will it eat shrimp,crabs,corals. I just got mine from swf and need to know what tank to put it in. it is 3" long and I think would be too large for my nano.

Has anyone used one RO/DI unit to top off 3 tanks before with the auto topoff system. if so could I get a little DIY on it. and if the unit would work that many tanks. My RO unit is a 75gpd and has a 2 stage filter?
