    remora q's

You cant keep them by themselves, no...plus, they'll reach 3' - 4' in length. Without a large host fish (sharks), they'll die.

    aggressive cleaners

You can try large Snails (Turbos) and large Hermits, such as Red Starry Hermits, which I've always had very good luck with. Mine have been through tanks with tankmates such as a Clown Trigger, Queen Trigger, Durgeon Trigger, and a Porc. Puffer.

    Atelomycterus marmoratus...that's it.

    smallest ray and shark

Smallest shark you're going to find is the Coral Cat...which would still need at least a 180 - 240gal. tank. You're not gonna find a ray that'll do well in anything under 240 - 300gal. tank, depending on the footprint of the tank.

It's just a Blue Line. When I first looked at him, in the bag, and saw his head, I thought they had sent me a Polleni by mistake. lol He's a little beast. He ate 5 pieces of krill the first day, 9 pieces yesterday and 6 pieces today.

First...the tank isnt big enough for a Grey Angel or the Tess Moray. Second, the Tess shouldnt be kept with other fish, as they'll all be eaten in a timely manner. Third, the filtration that you're planning on putting on the tank isnt anywhere near good enough. You're going to need a large...

    brown patches on grouper

The brown patches are probably the coloration change that he's going through, to show that he's uncomfortable or irritated.

The hermits are still in there, yes...lol. The good thing is that the tank is not sectioned off, this time, so they're not trapped in a confined area, to pick on the fish. Plus, the Grouper is too big to be picked on. The "mouse" is one of the Nassarius Snails. lol
