I've bought both Live Rock and a small reef package from swf.com. The live rock was very nice. As far as the reef packages go - make sure they're the critters you want. For example, they put Coral Banded Shrimp in their packages, which is fine is that's what you would have bought on your own...

It will probably get alot worse before it gets better - at least it did for me. Give it a couple of weeks and with the help of snails, hermits, etc. all will be good. I did blow some off toward the end with a turkey baster.
