My tank has been established for abouth 3 weeks now (thats not including cycling) and im noticing very very small see thru critters. any ideeas on what they could be? i lost a damsel and was wondering if it could be from the critters.

I was trying to choose between 2 protien skimmers and was wondering if someone could ellighten me with thier opinion. I couldnt decide between the ViaAqua multi skimmer with uv sterilizer or the coral life super skimmer. has anyone had either of these and is via aqua a reputable brand?
