    Help with an ID?

Sorry about creating another ID thread, but I am not terribly sure what this thing is. More importantly, it is growing on a rock of Zoa's that I have, and I want to know if it's invasive and if it should be totally removed or maybe translplanted to a different/safer part of the tank. Thanks!

What is my clown doing?! is this normal?!

One of my clowns does the same exact thing. I've had them (Picasso's from SWF) since October I believe, and the clown started doing it about a month after I got them. The one will go down and lay on the bottom, and the other fish will hover right over the other one. Im sitting at my Kitchen...

    Eggs Tru Percula Clowns

Getting clownfish eggs to survive is quite the involved process, which I won't bother going into here. Basically if you're not already set up for this before they lay eggs you're going to be too rushed to get anything done on time. Read this thread...

    Identification?

It has that shape I guess, but it "sucks" itself back to nothing like a feather duster or something. Its crazy. Thanks for the info on the ric though, I'll stop worrying :)

    Identification?

I was wondering if you guys could answer a couple of questions for me. The first one is concerning my Ric. I was wondering if it looked 'droopy' to anyone else. If so, what should I do. The second thing is this. I have this Star Shaped thing that is coming out of a tube/the sand right below...

    Some New Life...

The netting was an idea I got from the Fraggin thread that is under 'Archives' on these boards. I purchased the netting and Joann Fabrics for .99 cents a yard. I'll never use it all. Not terribly sure how long ot leave it on though.

    Some New Life...

Inside the tank... This is the Green Eye after about an hour in the tank... Full Tank... Just a quick question. If you noticed the little indentation in the rock below the Zoos, I am thinking thats a good spot to put (I know they can move on their own) a RBTA for my Clowns in the future. Would...

    Some New Life...

Hello everyone. I wanted to share some pictures with you, as I just (well, 6 hours ago) recieved my order from SWF. I have a 55G tank, that currently houses two Picasso Clowns, two Sandsifter Starfishes, a Brittle Starfish, some Scarlet Hermits, and a couple Snails. Here is the list of the...

    Something's Wrong!

I just got back from school and they're both doing fine still. Maybe she (I'm assuming this is the girl because she's relatively bigger than the other one) was doing something special with that one spot, as it was the same spot she rested on the three times that I saw her do it.

    Something's Wrong!

I don't know, they appear physically to be OK, but I do not really know. I just finished the water change on the tank, so the parameters on the test would be off. But I did a check on the Amonia and Nitrate/Nitrite and they were both within the acceptable range (I'm using one of those kits that...

    Something's Wrong!

This morning when I was checking up on my two clowns, I noticed one of them was laying on its side at the bottom of the tank. I walked over and as soon as I got near the tank it swam back up to the top (to bed fed, they think that I'm always bringing food). Every once in a while it swims...

    Picasso Clown Arrived

How long in general does it take for Clowns to start eating after they have been shipped? I offer food twice a day to them, once before I go to school and once when I get home. I read in the 'Clownfishes' book that I should be worried if the fish do not have a crazy appetite. They seem to be...

    Picasso Clown Arrived

hehe, right now these two are the only pair of fish in the tank. I have a cleanup crew in there though, but nothing with any real color. I set the tank up ages ago, but I was forever getting caught up with school/work and never got it all rolling. I purchased the T5 lighting, so later on I want...

Unsure as to what these are

Yeah, I read through those threads but I am still unable to make an identification. I was hoping someone a bit more experienced could help out. I have no fish in the tank, some snails, come Scarlet Hermit Crabs, two sand-sifting starfish and a Brittle Starfish. None of these pods appear to be...
