does anyone know anything about it? can u use superbright white leds? can u use blue leds for color? and what can u keep under them?

I am new to the hobby, my tank has been setup for about 5 months now and I am thinking about turning it to a reef tank. The tank is 24"h x 24"l x 12"w, I'm looking for lighting suggestions and which brands are best to use. I don't want to be limited to what I can have in my tank.
