Well as far as I know they were full of pickles...yes, that's a lot of pickles lol. I just don't want to contaminate my tank and run the risk of everything dying...so maybe the mild bleach is the way to go then.

Any recommendations on what to clean these containers with before I add the water? I take it a mild bleach solution is not the way to go here...

So I have an opportunity to get a 45g drum (food grade). I was planning on filling it, adding salt and a powerheads and just letting it sit so I have water for the next 4 water changes....if it's pre mixed for 2 months...does it go "bad"? Or am I good as long as I keep a powerhead in there?

Nice looking tank. I have a 90g as well and looking to add a refuge but not sure how. It doesn't look like you tank is drilled for a sump, unless I just can't see it. Would you mind taking a pic of your setup?

So I've decided I am going to get a wave maker for my 90g...I've been researching the jebao wp25 and wp40 but I am seeing mixed reviews for a 90g tank. Does anyone have any experience with these and can someone recommend which to go with?

Hmmm, ok thanks for the input! I was thinking of downgrading my powerheads on my days off...instead of two 1150gph maybe two 600gph. What's the difference between a powerhead and a wave maker??
