What are these?

I noticed this on my glass this morning. Picture isn't the best but not sure what it or they are. They are white and appear to be all in a strip. Looks like eggs?? Each one about the size of a pin-head.
I have 2 true perculas, yellow tang, golby, 2 black strip chromis's, snails, hermits, and a cleaner shrimp. I've only ever seen 1 bristle worm (so that probably means there are hundreds) on one rock in the tank.
Any suggestions?

I would say Snail eggs but I can't identify what snail they are.

So do I have to do anythig with them? Will they just hatch on there own with a shell?

There's nothing you need to do.

I would first need to identify the species to tell you if they have a chance of surviving. I just can't tell from the picture.
