i picked up a pavona maldeviensis (sp?) frag a couple days ago and i looked at it today and i noticed what looked like tentecles coming out of it. they resembled feding tentecles that i have seen on LPS corals but im wondering is this normal?

ok is this normal? because i have noticed that my astrenia(sp?) starfish have been eating some of the aptasia in my tank, by eating i mean, i see an aptasia then i see a starfish go over the spot the aptasia is at, stay there for a while and then when it moves the aptasia is gone.

i have heard that you arent supposed to mix clown species, but then i have also heard alot of stories of people who have mixed clowns without any problems. So do you think i could add a tomato clown to my 29 with a percula?
