Did you seal up your tank when terminex came and took care of the problem?

We have purchased several clams, and slowly lose them. What is wrong? Everything will be fine and then they will be sucked in and not respond to touch. Calcium levels are abovev 420. Same hee, we started with a 55 in April, now are setting up a 125, but we love it, except that now there are no tank to look at and no tv, as swithching things over and moving furniture to fit the 125
