    Eel in 150

IF i were you... i would put either 7 green chromis or 5 domino damsels with the eel, trigger and lion. i would have a tight stack of branch corals for the damsels to hide in. a large mound of rock for the eel. hopefully the damsels would last but worst case scenario they're a tasty meal...

    tiger cowrie snail

awsome addition, but only for a FOWLR tank. They will eat softies, sponges, small anemones, algae and scraps. I had on in a 75 FOWLR and it would tuck in the rock during the day only to come out at night. but they are cool to have.

    Blue leg hermit carrying eggs

I'm in the same boat. My cleaner shrimp has blue green eggs under its hind parts. Cant find any help on this one. My thought would be that the spawn won't last in a regular tank because the fry will be plankton for long time.

    water changes my view

This might get some panties in a bunch, but... I have a 20H FOWLR and buttons with a flame angle, mimic tang, longnose hawk, two domino damsels, two yellow fin, a bicolor pseudo, watchman goby, two cleaner shrimp, and a longhorn cow. With no skimmer, no sump, only two aquaclear 150's and two...

    one for the seasoned aquarist

its going to be a 400 gallon system. ten 10's, 5 20's, 2 55's and sump. i have never used a UV, but from what i remember was that it mostly kill algae. the purpose of the system would be to quaritine newly caught fish, before putting in customers tanks. If quarintine time is about a month...

I will be constructing my second fish room soon. The other room has africans and assorted freshwater. In this one, i will be using it for quarantine for newly collected saltwater fish. Total amount of water is 400 gallons, live rock, and a decent protein skimmer. Should i throw in a UV...

    175 needs some new fish

Okay, I need help. I'm maintaining a 175 tank that has been running for two years, all tests are good. There's only a 18" snowflake in there. About 120 pounds of rock, and all the high-tech gear you can think of. I just started on her about a month ago getting everything ready to go for new...
