i have a coralife skimmer 65 gallon model.. i drilled a airline size hole in the neck and ran an airline with a wooden airstone in to the body... i have an adjustable air pump and control the airintake to the stone so it does not cause the skimmer to over flow... but there is definatly a lot...

so it would be a plus then? i should get a meter... i know anything over .04ppm is hadardous to your health.. i run it for an hour or 2 a few times a day...

using 2 heaters will give u better temp control

Is it safe to run a Ozone generator aound the fishtank to help air quality??? any benifit from this or waste of time?

Would increasing the amount of micro-bubbles in the skimmer increase waste it produces. lets say adding a air stone in to the skimmer body?

they honestly do not bug eachother... they actually swim around together... graze on alge all day long... i did hear people say not to have multiple tangs but have spoke to many people who like me have had no issues... like i said within 1 yr i will be 200G plus so i will hold till then...

i first had the yellow, then the sail fin, then the blue then the purple was the last addition.... when we seen the purple for sale, could not pass it up!! very rare around here... we also have 2 anemone's, a sebae anemone, tube worm, clown fish, lime green wrasse and a six line wrase...

I do have these in my 75g... all are great... my nitrates are at about 20. yes a bit on the high side., but all is ok... i am upgrading to a 200+ gallon tank within the next year so i am not worried about them getting to large... ii will post a pic in a few min...

If i were to have tap water treated with PRIME sitting for 5-6 hrs with airstone and current be ok to add to aquarium or mix salt with? won't all the clorine and other chemicles disapear after a couple of hours??? i know it is not as good as RO but is it ok?

would 1 150w MH 14,000k be sufficent with my 48" and 36" T5?s also do they make 75w MH bulbs.. i have 2 75w HPS fixtures i could use.. would a MH bulb work in a HPS designed fixture? i also have candy cane coral, xenia's, mushrooms, polups, sebae anemone all doing very well

i test for everything i add... the 3 seperate 20watt power compact lights are 1/2 10,000k daylight and 1/2 actinic.. the pink hammer head is up near the top now... can nitrates affect their growth.. is 20 to high?
