I am setting up a 45 gallon reef and am going to have a 20 gallon refugium/sump. For the overflow box does anyone know of one that's rellatively cheap an works well. The one I was going to get is on glass-holes but it's 90 dollars. Thanks in advance. Luke

Your t5s should be adequate enough for most all corals. Especially if your just going to have mostly a corals and brain coral because tank isnb very deep so you should be fine. I'm about to pickup he 36" t5 nova etreme pros how do you like yours?

Thanks and one more question, shud I get the pro which has 6x39 watts vs 4x39 and has2 fans vs 1 and dawn/dusk timers. The pro is a 100 dollars more......is it necessary for my needs?

I use phycopure. it works ok, not much different then not feeding at all. i also put in purple up for calcium. I have a lot of soft corals and lps like frogspawn torch xenias buttons mushrooms etc. is there anything that works well that people do well with?

That is torch, you can tell by only one long tentacle with no splits. instead of one tentacle with it splitting everywhere.

i have a 24 gallon nano cube which is pretty similar and i have done well with all soft corals (ex gsp, kenyan trees, xenias, zoos, etc) I have some lps in there too like frogspawn and torch and they have done well, but you have to keep them in the upper part of your tank to get enough lighting...

they are really good for your tank and if you had two adults then you probably have a ton of little guys running around. Sometimes you can see them right before you turn the light on in the morning. You can buy them for your tank too.

everything is still stock, the water level is just so hard to maintain from dripping over the back compartment and not sucking up air in the pump. Any suggestions?
