It is light blue with tenticles. anemone? If so, what kind?

it is about penny sized, and a light transparent blue. it sprouted out of some live rock i added almost 3-4 months ago. sorry about the poor pic quality, it a crappy camera.

but i read that they eat coepepods. is that not bad? i only have about 6 hermits, will they be able to wipe them out?

i need help identifiying a bunch of small white things crawling on the rocks. they are bigger than any coepepods i have seen. I think they may be very small mantis shrimp, so if any one can send me some pics of baby one that would be much appreciated.

i have an extra 55 gallon tank that i want to put a banded moray eel in. i need help finding an agressive fish that wont out grow the tank and wont be food for the eel.

the porch faces east and has nothing stopping the sun from hitting it in the morning. that is why i was asking about the lighting.

The porch has a roof on it, and i am in the process of screening it in.

I would like to know if it would be possible to have an aquarium on my coverd back porch? It is a 55 gallon tank and i only want fowlr in it. Also, would i need any lighting other than the sun?

would taking out the actinic bulbs and replacing them with the regular lights help until i could afford a new system?

i have 2 actinic and 2 full spectrum. its the Odyssea 216 watts. 12,000k daylight. thats all i really know about it.
