gammarid amphipod (Gammarus roeselii)

are these good or bad for the aquarium? if bad how do i get rid of them? there are a lot of them. please help!

but i read that they eat coepepods. is that not bad? i only have about 6 hermits, will they be able to wipe them out?

everything eats copepods just about. hermits may not eat amphipods, and you'll never get rid of all of em. don't sweat em
