robb, that is the type of snails i had in my 50...they truck around pretty good, but i thought they were nasarith snails or something close to that name.

does the wet dry have a built in protein skimmer?

i talked to them about those big pieces of rock, they were pretty sweet looking. They wanted $70 for one, not a bad deal.

all they have is fresh water and supplies right now. they will get LR & sw fish in about a month. the store looks very nice, like Robb said, nothing like the porthole used to look like.

After further inspection jamesurq, the overhanging rock on the left does need some adjustment otherwise perfectly stable. Everyone, thanks for all the compliments. This is the home for my wife's silver scat and maybe some other fishes. anyone with some suggestions?

Well, I finally got my new rock! This pic is a little cloudy. Just got my new base rock, with some existing live rock, it should take off nicely.

well i've got 4 huge turbo snails now, 2 small turbo snails, a small blue legged hermit, and the little clowny....so far all is well, the snails are all cruizing around, and the crab has cleaned up the hair algae that had started to grow, and the clown has eatin and is looking healthy!
