im looking for around 700ish flow. sounds like a mag 7 is the way to go. also im making a refuge on the other side of the sump, now would it be better to tee from the overflow to feed the sump and fuge or tee the return line. thanks

im building a 15 g sump for my 30 tall and i need a quiet pump to run the return.my room where the tank is pretty small so a silent pump is a must, second is quality. internal or external will do since the sump is its early stages . thanks
