Are there any issues with hooking my new Ro unit up to the garden hose to make water? Or should i hook it up to the kitchen sink.. Would be easier to run the hose from outside to the garage.. But want to be safe... Thanks for any input...

Going to be upgrading my current lighting on my 75 gal reef... Which is better? 2 x 250 mh 10,000k with 2 x 96 pc actinic or 2 x250 mh 10,00k with 2 x 110 vho... Is there any difference? Heat? Quality of light? Any imput would be great !!!!

Almost done setting up my new 46 Bowfront.. Running an Emp 400 and a Prizm skimmer.. Here is my question.. Got a glass top but the plastic piece on the back is not wide enough to cover the back.. Any suggestions on how to close up the back between the glass and the tank?? Or is it not...

Is a refugium going to be enough filtration for the tank? Protein skimmer as well?

Hey all.... Just got a new 46 bowfront.. Needing help with filtration.. Any suggestions for hang-on filtration? Want to run a reef in the tank.... 46 Bowfront 2x 96 Coralife PC (will have 75 lbs lr and 40 lbs sand)

Well Hello To All !!!! Been reading alot out here and now my first!!!! Just bought a 2 X 250 halide retro for my 75 gal reef that currently has a 4x65 pc. How far above the water should they be (ie. 6in, 12in)? Or, does it not matter... Any input would be great.. I also have a 1/4 hp chiller...
