10 gallon questions

Hello i currently have a 55 gallon saltwater tank up and right now i cant really afford to add to it so it pretty much just sits there everything is still good i check the water do regular maintenance all the good stuff but i would like to start a 10 gallon to put in me and my gfs room. i know that smaller tanks are harder and all that good stuff ive been on these threads for years. right now all i really want to know is
What are the dimensions of a 10 gallon tank like a regular glass tank with the black plastic rim?
and
What is the best lighting option for a few corals like 2 or 3 probably zoas or mushrooms easy stuff like that?

ok change of post here. i found out the dimensions but now i might just use my old 20 gallon if i can find it i still need to know what type of light would be best for the corals i mentioned above

If it were me I would probably try to find a 150 watt HQI. A couple of PCs would also work just fine.
