10g Biocube nano tank fish + corals help

Hi im new to this forum, i plan to learn a lot and make friends on the way :)
I have a 10 gallon Biocube nano tank.
I got some live rocks, 3 snails, a coral banded shrimp and a clown fish.
As for lighting setup i have the stock fluorescent light on the top of my tank roof and i installed 2 strips of actinic white and blue LED combo lights with 2 of each color on each strips.
I also recently installed a Tunze nanostream 6015 Powerhead that is good for 11-53 gallons tanks that does 476g/h.
I plan to get a small green star clove polyps and anemone for my tank, I was wondering if my setup and lighting will be good to maintain the corals and what would be a easy and best anemone to get for my clown? Any tips on keeping the corals and any lighting tips? Like would i need to turn all my lights on and for how long?
The store owner said I should turn all my lights on but only keep the fluorecent lights on for 4 hours then turn it off, then turn off the 2 LED stips after about 8-12 hours.
Also what is the best way to acclimate the corals into my tank.
thanks for your time and help :)

Anemone might be a bad idea because it tends to move around a bit stinging everything while doing it. Also it needs excellent water quality and I believe in 10g parameters will fluctuate a bit.. they smell really bad once they die. -__-;
I'm no expert on led lights and how much power it gives out but with those, I believe you can do soft corals like you mentioned along with your primary lights. Acclimate the coral by dunking the whole bag into a bucket full of your salt water for about an hour for temperature acclimation then do a drip session with air hose or something small for coral to get used to your tank's salinity, ph and other trace elements.
I do this for everything and has worked great for me so far.

You can't put an anemone in that small of a tank. They grow very fast and will quickly outgrow your tank. You don't need an anemone for your clown to host something. They will just as easily host Frogspawn, Bubble coral, or Hammer coral (or something similar...). It's a hit and miss. I had a bubble coral that my clown loved and hosted, but since the bubble coral didn't make it, I got a Frogspawn and the clown hates it.
Also keep in mind you don't need to have your clown host anything. It can lead a perfectly normal healthy life without hosting anything. It is very aesthetically appealing to see the symbiotic relationship. If you want it, I suggest a Bubble coral, not an anemone.

A choice could be a mini carpet anemone, if you found the 2 inch version

With fluorescent lighting, you can get some zoas, and some mushrooms....LOW light coral at most
The clown does not need to host anything....it will be fine

i just read the specs of my LED strips package, it is 12, 000 k white & 453 nm blue combo, 3 watts. would 2 of these be good for some corals? plus the stock fluorescent light.

what kind of leds are they? since theyre strips, i highly doubt theyll do anything for PAR. are you talking about stunner strips?

i dont kno what stunner stips are, are u asking what brand they are? its "Truelumen"
sorry i dont know how to tell what kind LED they are

ok, theyre not really gonna do anything for corals at all. if you were wanting leds that actually add some usable light, you would be looking at 3w leds or a large number of 1w leds (80+) to light it up sufficiently

3w leds? as in 3 watts? yeh each strip is 3 watts. u mean i would need 80+ watts for a 10g tank?

im talking you need 3w leds as EACH led would be 3w. tru lumen strips dont add anything in terms of PAR (measurable usable light). theres fixtures out there that use 1w leds but have 100+ leds on them which allow enough PAR to be made to make it reef capable.
