Well it's that time again, the 23rd will be 8 months since I put the water in. We've come a very long way together. Good times, bad times, luckily mostly good.
Updates on some of the fish I have taken out my dragon wrasse and loaned him to someone until I set up a FOWLR, he decided to kill 5 of my clams, my remaining clams are still alive but are missing their feet.
The flounder is also gone, I believe that my foxface stung him, for what reason I have no idea but I will have another one in my FOWLR down the road. I will post my fish list below, most of the larger ones will be transferred to the FOWLR so please don't flame me, I'm sure not everyone will read this first post so I'll have to repeat myself.
1 Foxface Rabbitfish
3 Chromis
2 True Percula Clowns
1 Gold-Striped Maroon Clown
1 Male Squampinis Anthias
1 Female Squampinis Anthias
1 Flame Angel
1 Sailfin Tang
1 Clown Tang
1 Blonde Naso Tang
1 Chevron Tang
2 Green Mandarins
1 Engineer Goby
1 Niger Trigger
As far as corals go there is too many to list. I was trying to go for a true mixed reef and not be dominant by one type. I think that I have a very good mixture of LPS, SPS, and softies.
Let me know what you guys think.

Here's my true percs without the flash and the torch coral they're hosting. The other 2 pics are highlighter yellow acros.

Last but not least for tonight is my feather star. By no means do I suggest anyone getting one of these, they are known as one of the impossibles. One of my friends at a LFS has kept one for months on a specific diet so I thought I would experiment with it. The first pic is it open and the second pic is it closed suring the day next to a stylophora.

Thanks everyone,
It has been a lot of work but I think definitely worth it. As said above I didn't want to have just the best corals thrown into a tank, I wanted everything to look good. I believe that the rockwork of a tank is one of the most important things, it is the structure of your reef. I've set it up so that a fish can go behind the rocks on one side and come out of the other or anywhere in between making it really cool just to watch the fish swim around.
I'll try and take some good pics of the fish and post those.
Blemmy Guy, how long have you had yours? The LFS is feeding a new form of Zooplex. I have been feeding a mixture of DT's, cyclopeze, and daphnia directly to it when I feed the corals. What do you feed yours?
balistik, just let me know when gregmatthews@bellsouth.net
Schubert, it takes time, some longer than others and yes money is a definite limiting factor. Always go for quality pieces rather than quantity even if it takes twice as long.
Norway, only top 10?? J/K, as said above I definitely took my time on the rock. Each piece was picked out over time at probably at least 10 different LFS, probably the hardest part to get right when doing a reef. The fish have always been a priority to me so I will always have very diverse and interesting fish. I also had a gorgeous Labouti wrasse a few weeks ago but he managed to jump through the eggcrate and onto the floor while I wasn't home.
sweetreef, that is what time it is, grow-out time. It's amazing when I look back at pics of some of the pieces when I bought them and the amount of growth that they have. I really wish I could post pics of everything but I might crach the SWF server, what the heck let's do some more and I'll take some more later.
Here's some more Blastos, I love Blastos.
