Yeah, that's what I would do... the skimmer would be much better off in the true sump and the fuge would be better off having a slighly slower flow rate so that detritus can settle out of the water column. The 25g would be perfect for the fuge, and the 40g breeder would give you enough room for backflow.

Are you wanting to fit your fuge under your display or make it into a display fuge beside your display tank? I'm confused. lol
Either case, bigger the better. It adds more water volume to the system, stabilizes your water parameters and allows you to do more creative things.

well right now im unlimited on ideas....i can fit the 30 and 40 under the stand and use both for whatever

The 30 would make an excellent refugium. IMHO.
