Hi..
I'm Adam...new to the hobby (about 9 months) but have developed a passion for my tank. I started with a 55 and now I have a 160. I've got a sump, great big skimmer, live rock down there, and a fuge. I inherited some neglected hard corals and are trying to see if they'll regenerate, and a local expert said they should. I have about 18 fish, 2 of them being maroon clowns and an anemone. Tomorrow I'll post pictures when the lights are back on but I just wanted to introduce myself and say I look forward to participating and sharing with this knowledgable community. :)
PICS ARE POSTED BELOW...FEEL FREE TO LEAVE FEEDBACK, ADVICE, CRITICISM, WHATEVER!!! THANKS. :)

WELCOME to SWF.....I'm really curious about these 18 fish????? can you list what they are
and an anemone is not a fish...LOL....what type of lights do you have....
the lighting and water quality will determine whether or not those hard corals stand a chance or not....most are very hard to nurse back to health unless you have extremely excellent water conditions too

Hi...ok here's what I have in terms of fish and my lights are 3 metal halides with 2 flourescents. When I can afford it I'll definitely be looking to go LED's.
Fish:
Foxface
Blue Hippo
2 Maroon Clowns
2 Silver Damsels
3 Half Blue Damsels
2 Copper Bands
1 Black Beta (that's super cool but rarely comes out)
1 Goby (not sure what kind, he's long and white and has gotten much bigger)
1 Cardinal
1 Flame Hawk
1 Yellow Tang
1 Yellow Watchman
I have a clean up crew, a beautiful sea urchin, a black serpent star, my anemone and about 140 lbs of Marshal Island Rock and 50 lbs of Fiji Island Rock. I am running a chiller and I'm going to find out how to post some pics.
