2 part question....

id this bad boy, if you can.
and....for a tank with crabs, shrimp, clowns, tangs, gobies, coral and other community fish......what foods are we talking about. i turned to the food page in a magazine andgot lost in the types and brands. surely somebody had already walked this road and id willing to give some solid advice.

Foods OK heres the best ones that are usually available at any pet store
Ocean nutrition, Formulas 1, 2, and prime reef
Omega one, Marine pellets with garlic
San fransisco bay frozen foods, Reef planton, mysis shrimp, emerald entree, Squid.
New life spectrum, THera A
Hands down ocean nutrition foods and new life are my favorites.
