The tank is 72 Inches lenght by 24 inches wide and 30 inches height. It's actually just over 220 gallons. I have a Sump and trickle filter under the aquarium that is 50 extra gallons. I hope they can stay in this one for the next year at least... I have a bigger tank in mind but I would have to make some space (and convince my wife) to get it. There is a place where I can get really large tanks (but I am not allowed to tell you about it here). here is a pic of the sump and trickle filter, the male eating and the eel that shares the tank
I could be wrong, but that does not sound like, nor look like a 220 to me. The fish barely have room to turn around.

The fish are beautifull, but the eel and the grouper are the only ones that will be able to live in that tank for another year or so. I am not trying to flame you at all. The sharks will need to be upgraded sooner. Get convincing the wife
