2008 Photo Contest Instructions

What happens if someone posts a good pic in a category that it doesn't represent very well and it still wins. Are you guys still going to give that guy credit and use their pics on your website?

Is it against the rules to create fake accounts and then vote on your own photo? Apparently people need to do that to get votes... Shouldn't be allowed, they should be disqualified.

Credits will be deposited into existing accounts with previous orders. If you have no account with saltwaterfish.com you will need to register as a customer.
