261.81 gallons.
L x W x H = cubic inches
cubic inches/231 = gallons
gallons x 8.33 = aprox. pounds
84" x 30" x 24"= 60,480 in3
60,480 in3 / 231 = 261.81 gallons
261.81 gallons x 8.33 = 2,180.94 pounds.
Of course, this is using outside dimensions, the actual volume is smaller because the inner dimensions that actually hold the water are smaller. So, I would be willing to be the tank is actually just under 260 gallons.

dont forget you have to remove volume for sand and rock 220 lbs of live rock can take up around 50 gals of water volume

What is that blue Velvet material you put down? what is it for?
also can I see some pics behind the wall and a description of your filtration ect?

We put it down to fix any incorrections in the tank. Apperently all acrylic tanks should have it. But ill take some pics back there

thanks! I will be putting a stingray in the tank with a reef. And yes I'm aware he will eat inverts!
Are you putting sand? A stingray needs sand...not cc...sand...also you need to re-set those rocks so the ray has "beach" areas to bury itself in...

Yes sir/mam we are putting sand. We put some lr in to cycle
And it made the water real cloudy so we didn't put the rest of the lr in or the sand.
I am going to re set the rocks when everything is better in there.
