Do not copy/paste articles from other hobby sites onto this site. Neither SWF nor the other site appreciate that.
And, yes, mentioning reef central is a violation of rules. While discussing this is interesting, you will need to find a way to do that without offending your host site (SWF).
Everybody in the hobby I'm sure knows about other sites and what they have to offer. No need to post it here at SWF.
Didn't know you couldn't copy and past articles...

I have been adding fish oils to my home made fish food for 2.5+ years now. :) Didn't want to mention it because everyone would start flaming me. I also feed my fish raw salmon eggs every now and then as well. :)
CK...where do you get it? Is it the stuff you see in the store vitamin section???? Or do you have to get it from a fish place?

Zoecon is an excellent supplement, with fish oil.
While the overall article of this individual was interesting, his comments about ich and copper is pretty scretchy at best. Given that, I wouldn't advise anyone putting copper in their reef tank.

Yup, lots of good luck. :D Only lost 2 fish in my 180 gallon since I set it up and that was a Mandarin fish and a Blue Spotted Boxfish, they died because I got them when they were way TOO thin and the damage was already done in their body/intestines.

Are the fish oil tablets just fish oil or is their anything added? Is their any Vitamins you can give your fish that will help bost their colors, health, etc besides fish oil?

I think the zoecon is enough since it has shark oil in it. You can also use just the fish oil tablets on food, if you prefer. If you use both, don't use both in the same meal, but alternate.
Zoecon is fish oil with added vitamins.
Fish oil supplements you get at health food store is usually just fish oil.

What are in the capsules? Can't you just pour in some fresh orange juice to give them some vitamins.%%
UMMM...you are kidding right?
They are talking fish OIL, not vitamin C. Where did you get orange juice from, did I miss something?
