4X110 VHO or 4X96 PCS? WHICH IS BETTER?

I never heard of PAR for any rating of VHO or PC. Yes, I would be intrested in that more so. I thought it was only used for rating of metal halides. LOL about licking rocks that you find in your shoe.

Do a Google search on Dana Riddle. He did a comparison between those exact two setups.
The end result is that the VHO produced more PAR over a more even area but the PC had a spot in the middle with significantly more PAR.
The middle "sweet" spot could be good for light loving coral.

So which corals will thrive and grow the best under the 2x atintic 2x 12000k VHO setup? Any particular coral that you guys would recommend that would grow mad? LMK
