Here is my last fish, he is a Yellow Tang...obviously, lol. He is about 1.5"-2."
EVERYONE MEET GIZMO THE YELLOW TANG!!!

My Damsel is being a jerk, and "wagging" his tail towards the Tang, is he fighting the tang? Of course, the sly little Damsel won't attack the tang when the Maroon Clown is around

That's because it is, lol. It's so cute how he slightly struggles to get through the currents / flow, lol. Do you think the Damsel is just showing whose boss because he's new to the tank?
