With the royal gramma, you could have some issues with fairy and flashers wrasse, which would be what I would have recommended. Leopard wrasses are nice reef tank specimens, but some can be tricky to get to eat frozen, it really depends on the specimen.
No, a 75 is no place for any trigger.

there is a possum wrasse its kind tiny like the firefish though...
you kinda have 2 lines of thinking going on... smaller community fish and then you throw a giant like a trigger in????
Go with the smaller fish you have, nix the trigger,,,and feel free to add the possum wrasse they are adorable but small...
pluss you could probably add 2 smaller fish in place of the trigger....

As a general rule, cleaner wrasses don't survive in captivity. There are a few people who got very luck (Meowzer and I) with ones that eat frozen, but we also have very large community tanks for the fish.
If you really do some research around the internet, you'll find that most people are against they're collection in the first place and it's really damaging the populations in some areas. I'd pass on the cleaner wrasse. If you like the looks, etc, look into a neon goby.

Wouldn't it be a good fish for me since I'm a beginner, and my fish might have more things on it for the cleaner to eat? I've read they are easy to keep also. I don't get it.

They're basically doomed to die a slow death in the home aquarium actually. I really don't recommend one, especially because you're a beginner. The neon goby will act as a cleaner to a certain point and is much hardier.
