A few IDs. Snail, Algae(?), and Anemone(?)

This little guy appeared about a month ago as a tiny spec that would zip around at lightning speed. Is now .5 in or so and much slower. Is this guy reef safe?

These red lettuce leaf looking things started growing in a couple areas on my LR once I got my Calcium levels in range.

Finally, I have had these since I started my tank back in June. They grow very slowly. They look like tiny anemone, but they have never moved from their spots. There are 3. Are these pests?

Thanks for your help.

#1 Is a Stomatella varians. Very beneficial and very reef safe. Often reproduce rapidly is there are Diatoms present.
#2 looks like some type of Rhodophyta. There are a lot of species that look similar so I can't pinpoint it unless you let it grow out.
#3 is a Mojano Anemone.

About #3, I heard that Mojano are a pest species of anemone. Should I get rid of these before they spread?
