cool deal.
if worse came to worse I'm sure you could cut up plastic of the HOBs you're not using and then weld on #40 those mofos together hahaha.

yes, yes i do have a dremel, a very good one at that LOL and here's the modified pic, with the

that's the plan right there...make sure the spraybar is right under the plastic lip though.. and have the canopy hang over the edges and hide anything that goes below the plastic trim.
also fab up something to match the canopy that goes around the bottom plastic too i.e. 3-4inch stand to make sure you're using gravity for a siphon on the overflow to the sump.

that'd be sweet if there were zoas and stuff on the side walls and back wall too lol..and the floor hahaha..
you could put all the sand in the sump... then run the display bare bottom with a few pieces of rock..I don't even think you'd need a clean up crew in the display after the rock and walls are all covered hahaha...
if you ran a 20watt 6500k bulb on the sump area on a reverse lighting schedule, you'd probably have no day/night pH swing.. that would own...

sweetness, im not sure how i feel about bare bottom, i might do like a 1/2" sandbed on the tank, about an inch in the sump

looks like its time to start building LOL gotta design a stand, i wonder how stout i should make this frame for the tank to sit on??? hmmmmmmm maybe some marine plywood for the base, an some 2x4's for the legs??

Green barred goby's. There was a lady on another site that had a pair that mated and had babies constantly. She would post up pictures of the fry at the top of the water sometimes. They were in a 5.5 gallon. But they stay small.

Just kiddin on the leaves I got me three kids. But if you have a hard time gettin a hookup i will give you a small chunk of live rock and some base rock with water to get you going, and i will give you the small shroom frag too.
