I too would like to say welcome.
And to get on my soapbox.......
...... research EVERYTHING before you buy it. There are many things in this hobby that... well... do not mix with other things in this hobby.

So what are you waiting for.... sign up and post already! :jumping:

Hello everybody!!
Let me throw in a little nugget of wisdom to help you out while enjoying these message boards. Just because someone has 1200 posts doesn't always mean that they know what they are talking about. Similarly, don't always discredit someones advice that only has 12 posts. Number of posts do not neccessarily correlate to amount of experience.
Research. Research. Research!!

that is a good point shogun! i would like to add to this by saying get at least 8-10 people's opinions on something before forming your own opinion on it. (as well as finding other documentation that may support or detract) and try to avoid the common "asking a question and sifting through 14 answers that say no to find the one guy that says maybe and take that as a yes it can be done" situation. this can be a quite hazardous practice. most people speak from personal experience, or remembering other people's posts or experiences, so the majority is most likely the best bet.
