A ***** steal

I very rarely buy any coral from ***** but I could not resist buying this mixed colony of zoathids for 35.00. Let me know what you think.

Yes I dipped them, they had two colonys just like this I am almost wishing I had bought both colonys

YEAH they are really nice, BUT I bet they grow fast.....so you can frag some and trade/sell them

Yes, I have a local store I get most of my corals from that I do a lot of trading with and he also helps me out with selling my frags.

The one coral I bought from ***** gave me the aptisia that I have been fighting ever since... I fresh water dipped it.
Is there anyway to prevent this from happening again?

cut it off before you put it in your tank. every time i get something that has aiptasia, im willing to frag that part off even if it means losing part of the colony

Thats a good idea, but aren't you still risking it, some of them things are pretty dang small and I've seen them hiding right in the middle of the colony too.

i use a magnifying glass when i inspect my corals, and usually find any unwanted pest
