Here is my build thread with actual pictures! I just recieved my 700gph overflow kit from glass-holes.com. I test drilled my 20H to see how good I was at drillin holes in glass....needless to say I shattered the glass....found out the tank was completely tempered. So, I went along with the drilling process on the 36. Here are pics of the drilled tank and overflow.
Here will be the specs:
tank: 36 gallon bow front
filtration: 20 long sump/fuge
skimmer: reef octopus XP 1000sss
lighting: 20" sunpod 250w HQI (hanging)
live sand x's 30#
live rock x's 45#
base rock x's 20#
Calc Reactor (For the multitude of SPS I will have)
PICTURE TIME! (NOTE: The rockwork was just to see how it would look, not perm settlement)

No, I was always going with a 36, it may have been a type-o?
Thanks for the compliments guys!
Note: I will be picking up the plumbing equipment for the sump tomorrow, should have most of it done by tomorrow night! I may not have all the stuff I need to plumb it (only have $25), but pretty close, as I priced it out at Lowe's today. I am hoping and praying to have it up and running by no later than the end of this month!

You are doing a great Job on it and I think that you will have it up and running by the end of the month at the rater you are going...

Thanks Scott, nice to be talking with you again! And I sure hope it will be atleast cycling by the end of the month. The Skimmer is what's going to set me back, almost $300, but it's an overkill thing (rated for 125 Gallon) that I want for my SPS's I need my water pristine!

Just remember you do not need the skimmer while you are starting up......so that will buy you some money saving time

SPS are by far my favorite corals, hence why my tank will be strictly them...maybe some others, if they can handle the light!

Yes, I agree. I won't be getting the skimmer for a good few weeks, and by then it should be cycled!

I was blessed with being natrually good with my hands, I don't know how, but I just am. I also built a 4'x3'x5' tall cage for my parrot also, I would put up pictures of it, but I gave my parrot to my grandparents and I used the stand as kinlin wood for our fire....crazy I know..
