You'll need to reduce nutrients. This can be done several ways

Reduce feeding
Reduce light time
Increase water changes
GFO reactor
Macro algae

Thanks i will start doing that and my algae pretty bad it's all over my rocks and on the wave maker and sometimes on my glass :( would this harm my corals i have

Not only if it covers them. Most macroalgae have holdfasts they use to cling to rocks.. These can dig right through coral flesh and cause all kinds of problems from infection to growth damage, etc. Macro algae can look nice in a reef tank but it must be well maintained.
