Anemone Help

So the recommendation is to get the water quality near, if not perfect, don't feed so much, and now I have better lighting than before. I literally just put the Sundial on 4hrs ago. Before I had an aqueon 48" single T8 fixture with the dual hoods. I got it at *****. So I'm guessing he'll like that a bit more.

deffinately did you just change the lights out and keep a regular time on and off as with the t-8s
before the bulb change did it move around or just after the change over started to move.

I was also looking at the mouth structure and the LTAs have a ring of tenticals just outside the mouth then the outer rings.

For the first day (Friday) it stayed where I put it and was up-right on a rock, then over on another rock the next day. Then on Tuesday, it was laying in the back corner on its side, it just looked odd to me, so I took pics and when to the LFS and they said it was looking healthy and would move if it wasn't content with flow / waste movement and so on. I moved him from the corner to up on another rock into the current and within a few hours he seemed to fall/pull himself down behind some of my rocks and was secluded and hard to see. I left him there til Wednesday night and then decided to move one rock and get him out where i could see him. I was pretty careful with moving him, using my hand and a grabber stick to just move, not clamp or anything like that out to the front where he was until today. He was secreting the slime like stuff which i'm guessing is his waste, and earlier tonight rolled himself over about a foot and there was more waste and other pellets the fish had missed that had collected under him. I'm thinking that maybe in the process of moving and all its possible i could have scratched those spots and now its doing what its doing bc of that. But thats just my own newbie speculation.

Yeah, I'd be pissed, seeing how cheap they're compared to this guy. But side by side they looked totally different, thats why I'm pretty positive its not just a condy.

well stop moving it....you will only cause it to stress.....it will find it's spot...that is if it is going to :(

Here are some updated pictures from tonight. I went to another fish store and the anemone there had a similar issue going on.

I did the much needed water change and everything seems to be fine, He still looks the same as above, but he's opened and all tentacles inflated.
I'll keep updating every few days.
