i had a rose bubble tip in my 25 g with 65 corallife compact floresent ligtht and he did not make it

i guess ill wait a few weeks and get a few paychecks from my new job and have 2 light fixtures
would a t-5 with the pcs work for what im trying to do? the anemone and corals?
