Anemone

I would like to ask if an anemone would be ok in my tank and I'm also thinking about another Ocellaris Clown Fish what are your suggjestions for lighting and flow. For lighting I have a Coral Life brand 36 watt Compact Fluorescent White and blue. I Privet Messaged Flower and meowzer. Meower said a rock anemone and so did Flower I want more opinions just to be safe.

P.S what are the chances of my clown and new clown (iffy) to host the anemone.

I highly doubt a clown is gonna host a rock anemone.....usually BTA's are your best bet, but you do not have the lighting to support one....and it is not always guaranteed that your clown will ever host an anemone

I see to recall being told that the rock anemones will sting even clownfish, I could be wrong but I do know that it would be highly unlikely that they would host a clown.
Prior to me getting my LTA, my clowns were hosting several of my corals, but never the rock anemone. I got the LTA so that my clowns would leave my corals alone as their constant harassment was causing my corals to not open properly.

Well IDK....Maybe if you post some pics of your lighting set up, someone can tell you more
 
I do know that the T5's don't get hot like metal halides

You will probably have to take the whole lid off to put on a different light set up.....

Crap that stinks its a biocube so I guess it did oh well no anemone for me also i have a few more questions
Can i get another cleaner shrimp or like 2 camleback shrimp
Snails I would like 5 more astrea and 5 nassarius snails
Clown I will and you already know meowzer be getting another clownfish over all could I add these at the same time and do i need to do a water change in order to get the new inhabitance

Check out the nano section...this area has a wealth of information on the how-to's of upgrading the lighting system on the bio-cube. It can be done. Gooble bio cube lighting upgrade and there is a place where you can order the kit and send your hood and they will install it for free.
