What is the deal with Banggai? are they easy to keep? Are they sensitive to water conditions, temp current other fish etc? I am looking for some schooling fish and these seem to fit the bill.

I have a smaller pj cardinal that doesnt have any color really. When they are young are they clear and black then turn green later? I can't seem to find any info on young pj's. Thanks.
